Clean rooms, spacious balcony, great breakfast spread, delicious and well-thought-out vegetarian options, ample spa facilities.

The views are breathtaking and the menu is great. the patio provided an amazing view of the mountains which was a beautiful sight to see. the menu was very nice and had a fresh variety of greens and walnuts which tasted great. I also enjoyed the fact that the price was reasonable for Europe.
The service was one of the worst I have ever experienced. the staff was rude and undertrained, which led to a miserable experience.

The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful, with picturesque views of the mountains. the rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with balconies to enjoy the scenery. the breakfast is satisfactory, with a range of options to choose from.
The service is below average and many staff members lack training.

During our stay over Christmas, we found the spa facilities to be a standout feature of the hotel. The sauna and steam rooms were exceptional, and the heated indoor pool was enjoyed by all. The location of the hotel, at the base of the mountains, provided scenic views from our room, as well as easy access to nearby hiking trails. the festive decorations and special holiday activities added to the Christmas spirit.
One drawback of our stay was the limited variety of food options. The hotel only offered a set Christmas menu, which became repetitive after a few days.

The hotel has amazing food, with a great variety from the breakfast buffet to the vegetarian options at dinner. The spa was also a highlight of this stay, with well-maintained facilities and a beautiful view of the Alps. Furthermore, this hotel offers great amenities for families with children, such as play areas and spacious balconies in the rooms. Lastly, the location was perfect for Nordic skiing and made each day a joy.
Nothing to complain about at all.
